Here is a brief overview of how to implement Feed.us:

• 1 Sign up for a Feed.us Account
   
• 2 In your hosting control panel, create a directory and give write permissions on that folder.
  
   
• 3 Add one file to your server (PHP, ASP, ASP.net file etc)
   
• 4 Login to www.Feed.Us and add content: write, copy/paste or auto import from other blogs, email, metaweblog, RSS, Google Docs, or Microsoft LiveWriter, etc.
   
• 5 Within the Feed.us online interface, select which content you would like to export, which fields, and your site's platform (ASP, PHP, etc.).
   
• 6 Feed.us generates two lines of code, which you paste into your site file (index.php, news.aspx, etc).
   
• 7 Make all further content updates without changing any code.
